Winter in Germany still has us firmly in its grip. A good reason to dream yourself away to a warm, sunny island. For around 300 students, this dream will become reality at the end of February. Together with 30 sponsors and partners, they are traveling to the 7th SMART GREEN ISLAND MAKEATHON in Las Palmas on Gran Canaria.
From February 28 to March 2, 2024, ITQ and Dr. Stetter ITQ are jointly inviting young talents to the innovation festival of the year under the Spanish sun. The sun is not only there to relax, but is also needed for work and the innovative technology challenges. Within just four days, the participants have to develop innovative and sustainable projects and turn them into initial technical prototypes.
The motto is: Make, Create & Have Fun For A Sustainable Future!
The focus is on intelligent and sustainable topics from the fields of Smart Farming, Smart Green Mobility, Smart Green Energy, Smart Production, Smart Shipping, Smart Building and Smart Automation. Students can also work on the omnipresent topic of the Circular Economy.
