Arrived on the labour market – March 2018:

On March 27, 2018, an article about Dr. Rainer Stetter’s experience with the integration of refugees into the labour market has been published in Münchner Merkur. The article – among other aspects – is about the story of refugee Hussein (18, Syria), who represents the starting point of a success story. Despite the many problems that national companies are facing, Dr. Stetter sees great potential in the motivation that refugees bring with them: “Companies need to do more and make integration to their own personal topic. After all, there are 80,000 unoccupied apprenticeships in Germany. ” Currently, ITQ GmbH employs two more refugees, Reza (24, Afghanistan) and Abed (26, Palestine), who are completing their training as IT specialists.
