Within the framework of the new trade fair called “Make Ostwürttemberg” (22.-23.09.2018) ITQ and ZEISS are organising a Makeathon “Production 4.0”. For the first time, young “maker” and the related scene will come together in Heidenheim which aims to establish itself as Hot Spot for modern technologies, innovation and Industry4.0.
A total of 20 young people will work together in five teams under the guidance of experienced coaches from both ITQ and Zeiss. In only 14 hours they will build their own robots using LegoMindstorms and Arduino in order to make themselves familiar with topics such as Industry4.0 and Production4.0. By this, trade fair visitors can get live insights into the direct influence that these topics already have on our daily lives.
