From March 12 to 15, 2025<\/strong>, Dr. Stetter ITQ<\/strong><\/a> and ITQ GmbH<\/strong> invite you to one of the most exciting innovation festivals of the year. Under the Canarian sun of Gran Canaria, around 500 technology enthusiasts aged 6 to 66+<\/strong> will meet for the SMART GREEN ISLAND MAKEATHON<\/strong> to deepen their knowledge on the topics of digitalization and a technically sustainable future.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For four days, around 250 international Students and Company Representatives<\/strong> will work in interdisciplinary teams to design sustainable and future-oriented projects and turn them into initial technical prototypes. The participating sponsors will present the students with Industry Challenges from the fields of Smart Green Automation\/Mobility\/Energy\/Logistics through to Circular Economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Also 250 School Students<\/strong> from the island are invited to take part in up to 10 Technology Workshops free of charge. Robotics and Programming courses<\/strong> as well as Costruction Workshops for Irrigation Systems and Solar Boats<\/strong> are planned.<\/p>\n

The motto of the week: Make, Create & Have Fun for a Sustainable Future!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event offers an inspiring platform for interdisciplinary exchange and the development of practical, technical solutions at the highest level. During the collaborative work phase, all participants also have the opportunity to make valuable contacts and get to know potential Specialists and future Employers<\/strong> in an open atmosphere.<\/p>\n
