Also this year\u00a0ITQ GmbH<\/strong>\u00a0is exhibitor in the context of the leading trade fair for\u00a0smart and digital automation<\/strong>,\u00a0SPS<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Smart Production Solution<\/strong>. From the\u00a023th to the 25th of November 2021<\/strong>, visitors will get in\u00a0hall 6, booth 240 <\/strong>an insight into the topics of Smart Collaborative Robotics<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Smart Green Education Activities 4.0.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the\u00a0joint stand Bayern Innovativ<\/a>, <\/strong>the new Fwip Ice Demonstrator <\/strong>will be presented and highlighted live. The new Fwip Ice Demonstrator is the current \u201cEducation 4.0\u201d ITQ project. <\/strong>With this project, we not only want to show the possibilities in the field of automation and intelligent collaboration,<\/strong> but also emphasize our constant focus on innovative training concepts<\/strong>. Because we strive to support young people as part of our Young Talents<\/strong> promotion to expand their skills such as project management and personal responsibility. This is how we prepare them for today’s job market.<\/p>\n

In this new “Education 4.0” ITQ project<\/strong>, two of our students were given the task of equipping the “Fwip”<\/strong><\/a> ice cream machine<\/strong> with new motors, sensors and software. Together they not only solved this challenge, but went one step further: they connected the ice cream machine to a “Rethink Sawyer robot”.<\/a><\/strong> You can then select a type of ice cream<\/strong> via a display and fresh ice cream is squeezed out straight away, while the robot movements, from the precise placement of the ice cream sundae to the squeezing out of the ice cream, are closely followed. The “Rethink Sawyer robot” automatically inserts an ice cartridge into the drawer of the ice machine provided for this purpose using a vacuum gripper<\/strong> and also automatically opens and closes it. With the help of neopixels, the movements are made visible to the viewer through light animation.<\/p>\n
